Possible to Change Work Note PagerDuty Sends to ServiceNow

Is it possible to change the default work note that PagerDuty sends ServiceNow?

"PagerDuty created incident for the configuration item Configuration item and group Group and assigned it to Assignee.

Please help.

This should be possible to configure from ServiceNow, in the same page where you setup the API connection. According to the integration documentation you can customise the PagerDuty incident body.

  • Customize PagerDuty Incident Body : Customize the incident body in PagerDuty when an incident is created from ServiceNow. Use braces to input variables from columns in the incident table and {workNote} to include work note.
